Delivery
We pride ourselves on our quick delivery. Gloves are normally despatched on the day of order (excludes Friday's and weekends as we are closed) up to 12PM Monday to Thursday. Gloves are sent via Royal Mail. During busy times of the year this may slightly extended.
DELIVERY CHARGES PER ORDER
- FREE UK delivery on ALL orders with a value of £75.00 or more
- UK Standard Delivery (approx. 2 - 4 days), Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For £5.00
- UK Next Day Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed £7.50 ( for orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thu) delivery times may vary
- Worldwide Delivery (approx. 3 - 14 days), Royal Mail Airsure International Signed For £15.00
Please be aware that international orders may incur additional handling, import or local tax charges as your order passes through customs. Any additional charges on shipments are the customer's responsibility and we recommend reviewing these with your local customs departments prior to ordering. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse customers any additional fees incurred after an order has been shipped.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
