Firemaster Champion Gloves

Usually one hand will be slightly larger than the other, typically the dominant hand (the right hand if you are right handed). Using a tape measure, wrap the tape around the dominant hand at the widest part (between your thumb and index finger) and make a loose fist. Refund & Exchanges

We hope that you will love your gloves, however we do understand that sometimes you may want to return a pair, or exchange them for a different size. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt, Any gloves purchased between 1st November and 24th December, can be exchanged throughout the whole of January.

All gloves must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging with labels and tags intact, undamaged, and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used gloves unless there is a production fault. If tags and labels are removed, a £5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded to you (up to the value of the product price) where the value of the gloves are diminished from excessive handling which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, fit and function of your gloves.

Multiple items ordered on a single order that need to be returned should be returned all together as one parcel otherwise a restocking fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
